This'll be the last process image for this. I think after this I'll upload process images all as one submission so I don't feel like I'm spamming.

Using thin layers I add harsh contrasting shadows, then I use a gellyroll gel pen and three dif size inking pens to reline with proper lineweights. After this it's just deciding the background, and adding any final touches of darkest shadows and the highlights with white acrylics.

In the background the blue on the hearts is drawing gum, to resist the paint and leave the spots it's painted on white. I opted to also include the border of tape, to show that I cut out sections as the piece needs.
