Hello again! Now we're going back to a basic macro/micro situation after I have so much fun with TF last time, now it's time to go back to the basic as it can be!
But you don't mind if the bad guy will be the one the winner again in this story, right?

Oh come on! There's a plenty of the "Justice always win" tales out of there, think about how the bad guy side was feeling when they defeat, let them win just a bit here is not that bad, right, right, RIGHT???
Anyway, jump to the story, I guess...

Hero is just... doing what hero have to do, you know? He was a regular dude in the village that one day some goddess of light or something came and told him in his dream that he's the chosen one and he have to go on an adventure and main goal is defeat the demon lord, something like that and so, off he go, and now, here he is, between toes of this General Bear...
I guess almost every demon lords or monsters in my universe have something share in common, they are seems to enjoy to stick with shrinking opponent tactic so much...

How did they shrink is another question, not sure, magic? Potion? Shrink ray gun? Something like that... you just close your eyes and randomly pick one, I bet they have all options I just told you but all of that is not important here...
Why shrink, you might ask?
I mean... it's an easy way to remove the obstacle such as a hero or anything like that... when reduced into speck size, they don't have to worry about them anymore because they're so powerless now, normally they shouldn't even have to care at that point on if the shrunken target will make it alive or not, it won't make much difference...
But since a lot of these monsters loves to taunt their victim and so is this bear here too... if they got something to toying with, why not? Hehehe...!

And to think about it, they should feel grateful these monsters didn't go with violent way like a fatal crush or something... that should be very more painful if comparing to this...
And this hero never reach to the demon lord, instead, find himself stuck between this bear's toes in a very small size... walking among this bear's fur is like trying to make the way out of the messy grassy field which it hard enough, and even he made it out, how is he going to do to attack or defeat this bear? His size is so weak compared to the bear, the bear probably can blow him away with just a simplely let out a simple roar, he have no way to win this out... he might be a chosen one but even chosen one cannot always win, especially when the chosen one happened to be in a speck size like this...

Anyway... this bear seems to have fun seeing hero in this size on his own toes and taunting the hero if he should stay there forever... and you know? Probably not just a taunt, he probably planning to keep this hero just like he said, he don't have to worry if the hero in this size will later alive or not so why just stop the fun so soon, he can keep this hero as a pet or slave as long as he can, until he get bored and just get rip of the hero for good or maybe keep it as long as he see fit, after all... it not often to have an opportunity to have a chosen one as a shrunken toy or slave... right?
And that's how this hero never reach to the demon lord... because he can't go on for his quest, he's stuck, on this bear's toes, forever...
Hmm... come to think about it again, did I just said this hero was a normal dude before? If a normal person soon becomes chosen one, I guess this hero can then soon take a new role as a toy or slave too, if he obey or good enough, the bear may not have to get rip of him... better keep himself alive, better than be killed... who know? Maybe he will like this new role, just maybe...
And I guess soon, when the goddess of light find outthe quest to slay the demon lord of current hero is not process any longer, she'll have to find a new hero to do it instead and...the cycle of this situlation, will keep on and on and on...
Until the next hero come to duty... we'll leave it here, until that day come!
