Something I did, just for fun. Enjoy!
It turns black before your eyes. You get the feeling that you're falling down. A lot of blue spheres circle around you and form a trippy spiral. A bunch of laughing cat faces flow along with the pattern of the spiral, spinning around your head. Your body starts to itch and you get the feeling that you are being squeezed by an unknown force. The spiral starts spinning faster and faster, and as you keep shrinking, a soft, white-colored piece of cotton suddenly forms around your waist and between your legs. Your nose turns into a small black snout and fur starts to grow all over your body. The warmth you feel mixes with that of the piece of cotton you're wearing now. Your hands become firmer and softer until you see two cuddly pink-colored forepaws in front of you. A fluffy tail grows out of the back of your cotton pants. Finally, the itchy feeling disappears, and with it the trippy spiral swirling around you. The cat faces melt away one by one, and it turns completely black again. You feel your back and your soft pink tail landing on a cot. When you open your eyes and wake up, you have turned into a cute puppy with a beautiful pink coat, two pink ears, a pink fluffy tail and four small legs. Finally, you accept that you can sleep as long as you want in your wonderfully warm diaper, in this huge baby bed. And the diaper changes? You will receive them from bigger, adult Furries, who are more than happy to take care of you.

I like the story concept of the protagonist of a story going back in time and becoming younger and younger, be it in one go (in a few seconds) or from day to day (like, for example, if you're originally 10 years old on Monday, you'll be 8 years on Tuesday, 6 years on Wednesday [and by that time you'll probably be occasionally wetting your bed], 4 years on Thursday [by that time you'll be peeing in diapers both at night and during the day], 2 years on Friday and finally you'll be in baby diapers and sleeping in a box the very moment the weekend starts.)

Oh, well, my younger brother (who's name I won't spoil, because privacy) actually used diaper pants until he was about 8 years old, and I sometimes took a pair of those diaper pants and hid them underneath a low cotton-covered table, so I could wear them (but not use them, even I thought that was too gross, and of course, I didn't want our parents to find out), and it was one of the few times I could secretly enjoy diapers after I officially stopped wearing them.

It is the name of a Dutch/Belgium drugstore branch that happens to be pretty common in both respective countries of Belgium and the Netherlands. It has always been my personal favorite of the drugstores. Others found here are Visser (Dutch for ''Fisher'' or ''Fisherman''), Trekpleister (which, in English, could mean something like ''attraction'' or ''attractive'', due to the delicious smell that is commonly found in drugstores), and the, by now bankrupt, V&D. As for why they became bankrupt, I think due to either a lack of commercial success, or manufacturing issues.

Nice transformation / regression description. Quite easy to imagine the whole thing happening as you would feel all confused while desperately wanting to stop the itchy feeling. Though the itching is but a distraction from what is really going on. By the time the itching has gone away, yoyou now realize that you are quite delighted by the new feelings of warmth and comfort. Allowing yourself to rest in your new found situation only helps to make you exactly what the the user of the regression / transformation spell had intended when they chose you to receive it...
...This, of course, is assuming you did not want this to happen in the first place. ;)
