So cute! I think Dakota is happy because he was called a good boy! So now, he's holding out his paw so that maybe Rocky could give him a High-Five! Speaking of which, don't worry about Rocky, he doesn't really have any hard feelings when Dakota is called a good boy.
Since I have worked on this, I am gonna be creating another version with Rocky, which will be posted later on in the day.
