Andy Wik, as many call him is another chief of police from another district and is in charge as well to take all police operations alongside and sometimes calls for reincforcements from other districts like from Matthew's division. While he has a lot of compromise with his work, he sometimes gets distracted with sweets and some healthy food like salads :) Also he is pretty much somewhat serious to everyone in his police force but he at times is easy to approach

He sometimes also carries certain punishments to criminals he captures :) soemtimes with tasty consequences
