Once again, with another Community Day comes another new Pokemon OC. Today, I am happy to introduce to you all: Cordelia the Snivy. She a highly studious, hard-working college student. There's hardly a time of the day when she isn't doing something involving more studying. While that does keep her at the top of the grade charts, it has also leads to her now often passing out from pulling so many all-nighters. Thus, causing a string of increasingly frequent tardiness. Hopefully, her instructor won't be too upset with the poor girl.
