As the title suggests, this is pretty much what General Guar does in his spare time when he's concocting nefarious schemes to try and get rid of Kitty, Team Katswell, and TUFF, and try to take over Petropolis and (eventually) the whole world. He usually just sits in his private chambers drinking some hot chocolate while listening to some smooth jazz.
He also does this to wind down a bit after berating Snaptrap and his henchmen for their incompetence. So, it's pretty much his therapy hour.
Not much else to say here except I hope you guys like it. ^^
