I started this ref in the middle of 2020 and then forgot... then randomly found it and was like "the hell did I do this?". Luckily for me, I realized this after I started sketching a new one and just decided to work on finishing this old one.
But yes! 14 years I've had this boy and his last ref update was sometime late in 2017. I had an issue with changing him since some people would get upset if I changed him in certain ways and at the time I just thought that was normal so I let it happen. It was kinda like my hella old oc became someone else's comfort character and I no longer had much say on the matter on what to do with him. Luckily I'm no longer bound by the opinions of others thanks to some friends helping me out with taking charge of my own ocs! Because DAMN I really missed using him as much as I do now.
He no longer sticks out from all my other updated characters in Loa, either. Finally!
