Professor Robert J. Labrat, 1 of the main charactors of Destructivality, the game project i'm working on. He's head of the United Councel of Trade's (UCT) Science devision operating from the Vulpinian Institute of Science in Vulpinia.

He's a species called Niddling, a race of people who live underground, and evolved into something that resembles a bat anthro. Original concepts were based on Moles, then Rats, but now i'm thinking more like a wing-less bat. He needs those goggles to see, more accurately, he needs them so sunlight doesn't make him blind.
