I think the first thing to come to mind is "shiny star is shiny!"
Then again, it's what stands out the most in this picture. Which is saying something as the hair is freaking pink, puffy and HUGE. (No. I mean that. The majority of her hair can be taken as the background.)
Fashionably speaking...the top is pretty cool. I mean I like the casual design of it that doesn't scream "I shop at Hot Topic, look at me." And I can respect that~
