Oh, how I adore underwater scenes =). I did take some artistic liberties with the foliage, as I'm not all that familiar with lake plants.

Thanks so much Roy =). I hope I give you some good ideas - with this one I was kindof in 'uncharted waters' (pun intended). I didn't really know what I was doing, but I had an idea of what I wanted it to look like. I think its probably my most successful underwater piece yet.
I'm going to have to get a print of this one. XD
This is so beautiful, Kacey. And I was just thinking to myself the other day about how nobody draws otters actually _swimming_ nearly enough! (Including me! I'm anxious to get back in the pool! >.> )
The transitions between the light and shadow are just.... astounding. Especially in her hair. My god.
ps. I want to snuggle her all up.

Hee =D.. Thanks so much..
I thought you might like this pic, with your affinity for otters =)
Remember when I commented in your journal about the painting over lines for making colored linework? I did that here =) So you can see what I meant....
I'll have prints of this up on Furbid eventually, but if you want to order one before then, I will gladly sell you one =)
