Here is Rocky's reference sheet! But for this one, he has Red hair in it. Like I said in the journal that I made today, I had explained that Rocky originally had red hair back when I created him using the free base that I used to make him back on January 17, 2020. Though, Rocky may mostly have Blue hair in most of the artwork that he's featured in, he may have Red hair in some future artwork. :)
Note: I will still use my current reference! This one reference that I made will be used occasionally.
