This storm didn't hit us but we watched it as it transformed ...it had a lot of layers and holes in the cloud like caves For anyone living in Ny or PA then you'll understand this part...On our way to Port Jervis this thing you see int he picture decided it would finally let loose and it poured. Now PA people...crossing the Bridge (Pike Street) into Matamorse, PA it stopped...it went from sheets to a trickle in just a a few feet XD.
