Apparently in SAO they found a new spell debuff that only affects female players. It's the pregnancy debuff, that inserts a dummy monster into the player's womb and keeps it there for a certain amount of time, depending on the caster. The dummy monster casts a multitude of debuffs on the woman, such as decreased mobility, increased hunger, etc. Plus, if a skilled player casts it, they could also combine it with the permanent spell, that would permanently keep the victim in this perpetual pregnancy. Asuna is one of these victims and has to make do with her current situation.
