Well, the skin is probably the most complicated color of all, because it's not a single color xD it's basically a white with greens and reds and blues inside, due to vascular system. To not mention bones and tendons that make it looks brighter on specific areas such as knuckles. It takes a bit of practice but you can learn how to render it as well ;)
