Breen was born as "Ash" to a pair of super religious parents. When she finally came out to them, they became embarrassed and disgusted at the fact their "son" wanted to "dress up like a girl," so they tried to hide her from the rest of the world. Her older sister, Pixel, was having none of that, so she basically raised and treated Breen like she was her own daughter. Then, on the night of Breen's 18th birthday, Pixel and her snuck out of the house and moved away without as much as a goodbye letter to the parents. Ever since then, the two have been living in the apartments of Semblance, Pixel working jobs at the local strip club, and Breen doing her best just to fit in. It's rough going, but Breen believes it to be so much better than the pain she suffered throughout childhood.
