You are looking at a 1966 one year only Pontiac factory Tri-power setup. The car was not running when it came into the shop... I have spent three days rebuilding the carbs and setting them exactly as the should be to run properly as well as do some simple mods to make the carbs breathe a little better... little things that todays motorhead kids have no idea how to do... if it doesn't have a computer port they are lost. Me I like old school!

Me too. Gads! This reminds me so much of the plastic model automobile kits I used to build in my younger days until I got my old '76 Chevy Nova. (Then I switched to 1:1 scale.) I nicknamed the car "Garfield" because of it's faded orange paint job, and because the car would often refuse to start on a Monday.
You're correct of course. When I bought it I was told 460. Seller lied? "Who knew?"
Driving it around with the top down was like piloting an aircraft carrier down the street.

I had a big lie that I used to take to the monthly automotive flea market, it was an extra cast iron manifold for my 351C 4V and I had two autolite 4100 4 barrel carbs attached to a thin plate and bolted atop the single 4 barrel port. So many people would see it and stop dead and have to come over and look, then typically laughing at the fraud! I still have that setting atop my pot bellied stove, genuine us army cannon heater.
