There is the heart of the factory Tri-power system. These have been cleaned and rebuild to as near factory as I could make them... the hard carburetors to find are the two secondary carbs... would you believe you are looking at about two thousand dollars worth of carburetors?

iirc they got no idle passages, no choke bits, (both way easy to fix with some jb-weld) and the real kicker: extra-thick throttle plates that are perfectly fitted, to avoid any vacuum leaks when you're trying to run on just the center carb
too much junk going on in my mind
especially with ethanol blended gas, I remember talking to some guy in california that buys the $70 cans of stihl brand gas for his chainsaws just because it's cheaper than driving to a free state to get no ethanol gas for them
Maybe throw a shutoff in the fuel line so they can run the bowls mostly dry before parking it for the winters.
