I usually like the moving or animated icons... I might add something to this later to get it to animate but right now I am clearly satisfied with it's turn out. I was trying to get more of a glowing effect but she came out somewhat glassy... and I like!!

I re-sized yours directly on that site, Iaza. Otherwise I would have done it in Photoshop.
