so ive been letting my emotional health slip. for the past 7 years ive been so focused on escaping abuse, not being homeless, making enough money to stay afloat,
that ive let a bunch of bad habits form, i havent been paying attention to my own needs, and ive slowly been becoming a shitty shell of a person.

so, solution, ive already rearranged my finances, so the load should be less, my husband jerry and i bought an rv recently and moved into that.
he is taking a job that wont have him working 24/7, and im going to stop spending all the time im not working thinking about work.
I can adjust myself into a better mood but i cant force myself to get on stream and go. artblock means theres something in your psyche youve gotta work out.

this is the beginning of a new chapter, and im excited to see what my loosened creative leach will come up with.
