"Alright, should only need one more go to get it right"
The tune of a guitar is stopped with a flattening of palm against strings, letting crinkle of leaves and singing of crickets overtake the silence of the night. An orange furred head cranes to look towards the sergal musician, black and gold eyes glowing with the flames of the campfire. There's a silent message behind the eyes, before a slow nod is given by the furred dragon.
The sergal grins, and makes sure his strings are tuned, before getting ready. A trio of fingers count down silently, with the last count signaling the start of that magical tune of vibrations through wood. The dragons jaws creak open, letting a gush of flames flow like water towards the campfire.
Just as the multiple attempts that night, a scene of flames and embers takes place within the cloud of heat and sparks. Like a silent film, it shifts from one image to the next, the music of the guitar following along like a one man orchestra.
They'd totally have this down by the nights end. Tomorrow was going to be a great show!
This is a very lovely commission that my friend was an absolute dear to feature my fuzzy butt in! What better way to spend the night than telling stories over the fire, and playing a cheerful tune? Bliss <3
