Effescent here is a skunk that rather than having a foul smell *cough* like another character of mine *cough* that also was born with a special and actually very strong pleasant rose smell. While he was looking for a perfect girlfriend for him, most of the time he know is mostly for his scent and not for his own skunk self. He then decided to also help others with helping find a perfect match for them.

For that hetooks studies in the psychology area and put a good use to it. He wants to use science for a more romantic and more accurate matchmaking and hope things go smoothly.
