Aranna here is actually he partner and wife of Albert, also being a water fox that has learnt the art of water manipulation. She is also the one that attended Albert after the war and was the reason for Albert to return home. She decided to invest her money while Albert went to do his war duties and now she has a little fortune that now helps both to live apart from Albert's actual war job as well :D

He also teaches others how water must be used in a responsible way :D
