The whole stereotypical human-like look of Leprechauns is all wrong. That's what they WANT you to believe. But here, we have a specimen showing his elongated fruit rollup tongue that might taste like strawberry. Gold teeth and talons are all natural and the creature isn't all that small as some would like to believe. Although they CAN be small, should the Leprechaun assume such a form.

They regularly vomit rainbows after rainy days and the gold coins you find is actually their deposits. All of this not shown in the picture.
