when its degree of ripeness is right, if the mold present on it is poor or will bring flavor to the wine.
A superfine cellarer knows the consistency and color of the must by heart, knows when it's time to stir it in order to oxygenate it,
and knows perfectly well the time required for its transformation into a delicious and refreshing nectar.
An experience gained over a lifetime helps Sir Cordiale in his exciting activity, which has as its ultimate goal that of creating a bottle of sublime wine, close to the ambrosia of myths!
So it often happens that the old ghostly hare asks Silva to volunteer for tastings.
The vixen doesn't mind refreshing her palate with such genuine and pleasant products, and after all she understands the need, and in some ways the bitterness,
which lies behind the ability to generate such delicious wines without being able to fully enjoy flavors, smells and effects on the body.
But she must give credit to Sir Cordiale for one thing: the hare has never disappointed her with the products of his cellars!
Every time, a magic of sensations is hidden inside the ruby liquid, produced by years and years of past harvests~
I found
EnergyVector casually after seein' one of his pics faved by a friend of mine, and I immediately understood his sketch style was worthy a try.
