You don't so much sign so much as you demonstrate alligiance to the cause, by say, blowing up a post office, or becoming a serial killer. If you're feeling exceptionally evil you can try to become a marketing executive who works on those "only available on tv ads" (like this one here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xbsSeVr5NSI) but that is really a little more evil than we're looking for.
