marcimcadam as birthday gift for my wife. This is our late dog Rex, who passed very suddenly in early March, after we had only had him for a little over a year. He loved his toys, especially this little hedgehog that came with him. He was rescued from an outdoor living situation just before a huge snowstorm here in Newfoundland in January 2020. He came and went from us in winter, so I wanted a winter theme for this piece.
