Species: Gypsy Vanner
Height: 7'2
Weight: 312Ibs
Description: Black and white pelt with a long voluminous mane, tail, and feathering. Most often wears a large light satin cape. Small light blue diamond necklace attached to his straps.

Likes: Severe winds/windstorms (tornadoes especially), thunder, lightning, the visuals the wind brings (bending trees/grass, dark looming clouds, etc), the wind billowing and pulling his long mane and cape, struggling in the wind, sex (in strong winds particularly).
Dislikes: Rain, getting dirty, hail, fighting
Bio: Rafale hails from a unique land where anthromorphic horses reside. His people are famous for their worship of the wind reckless indulgence in sexual pleasure, and their worship of Ventidu, the God of Wind and Lust. Growing up Rafale led a typical life among his people. However, he was disadvantaged. Almost all of his kind had the ability to control the wind in some capacity, a blessing given to them by their God Ventidu long ago. Rafale however, was born without this ability. As a result he was always seen as an outcast, and made few friends. As he matured, he became more and more obsessed with finding ways to fix or at least bypass his handicap, as it was one of the key methods of securing a mate in his culture. He memorized every prayer and studied the wind and all its aspects, all unfortunately to no avail. Though he could call upon his god to bring winds as he wishes like all his kind could, his inability to conjure his own could not be solved. Undetered, he decided to leave his community, looking for anything in the world that might solve his problem.
Though Rafale was treated like an outcast, he always was a very happy, go lucky equine. The couple of friends he made were very kind to him, with one of them fashioning a necklace that would allow him to not be harmed by any debris that might come towards him. He is a devout follower of his God, moreso than others. He endlessly searches for ways to be exposed to the strongest possible winds, often times calling prayers on a daily basis (to some success). Any whom he comes across and is attracted to, he will attempt to convert them to his religion (usually to less success).
He wears an outfit typical of his culture, as loose flowing fabrics are seen as a method of connecting with Ventidu's domain even deeper. A large light flowing black satin cape that barely touches the ground. It is sown into a harness, a design that allows the cape to endure as much wind as possible while not choking the neck or the clamp failing like more traditional capes. A loincloth made of the same material and designed in a similar fashion conceals his crotch area.
Though he is comfortable with his clothing and would rarely change it out, it is his mane he is most proud of. It reaches a few inches past the base of his tail, and he maintains it to keep it straight, silky, and voluminous. He favorite part of the wind is the feel of his mane blowing, and he will always try to find ways to make it be blown more. Often times he'll be playing with his mane in the winds, and no wind is too strong for him, nor does he dislike any type. Headwinds, tailwinds, turbulent, straight line, suction. Rafale is not picky in the slightest. The stronger the better, and he has no limits.
Neither is his determination.
