
Some cornsnakes lay eggs like this, some don't.
Lady Bub's eggs tend to be connected by a small "string", as demonstrated here with me holding up the empty shells! I understand the connection is normal in the egg development and may or may not be completely dissolved by the time the eggs are laid.
Kind of cool, but makes it a pain to move the eggs without them rolling (which can kill the embryo). Another reason I mark my eggs which end up before transferring!
