Back in December 2020, I started doing character design practice as a way for me to shake out of an art block and to warm up to doing commissions. Eventually my mind went to doing a tactical rpg ala Shining Force, Fire Emblem, Final Fantasy Tactics etc, with furry characters.

I'd like to try and make it some day, but for the time being, here are the character designs I've been making on the weekends for fun!

I wanted to try and explore some more earthy tones with this character design! My idea for this character was based on Nephenee from Fire Emblem Path of Radiance. A soldier with a spear and shield that was from the countryside that was transcripted into the war rather than joining it as a mercenary/noble
