If he randomly grabs your shoulder on the street you are in danger. If you are begging him to don't eat you that more he will enjoy devouring you. The only way survive meeting him if you fight. Punch him at the eyes or gills. That pain will distract him until you run away. Anyways, he is pretty nice when not hungry. If you can get a bit closer to him, he will let you rub his belly or feeding him. I suggest you to take him raw meat, the greasier the better, but he also accepts junk food if it has enough meat in it. And if you are a woman/female, with time your hands can go lower than his belly...
