Well, I just discovered how fun and easy is drawing Ratigan. So I thought of this Sly Cooper crossover. I don't even want to think what those two could think together!
Ratigan has been made of the same size as Ludwig, since in Sly Cooper world he would be human sized.

Notes:
BTW Ludwig isn't a dragon. Does he resemble one? XD
Ratigan is a rat. No matter how much I upset him, he IS a rat. :D
