Back in December 2020, I started doing character design practice as a way for me to shake out of an art block and to warm up to doing commissions. Eventually my mind went to doing a tactical rpg ala Shining Force, Fire Emblem, Final Fantasy Tactics etc, with furry characters.

I'd like to try and make it some day, but for the time being, here are the character designs I've been making on the weekends for fun!

An idea that I've had floating about in my head when doing this design project but wasnt quite sure how to go about it! The idea was that a character is either undead or is cursed to appear undead whilst they are in direct sunlight, so the magical character at least wears a big hat to keep themselves in the shade.

I realised that my lizardfolk count was a tad low along with my female/non-binary representation so I tried to make them androgynous. Whilst I was colouring the character, I thought it could be interesting to make this character be albino too!
