I've seen this guy a couple of times and always thought it would make a great picture. I wanted to get it from the front cause this guy has the most funny facial expressions, but this guy is mad crazy and usually talks to himself and walks mad fast and paranoid like someone is following him. So I gotz it from the side cause i didnt want him to think I was the imaginary FBI Agent from the gov who is following and spying on him.
Crazy whacked out of their mind vagrants are a everyday sight here for me in Philadelphia, but this guy is special cause he's always pushing his dog around in a baby carriage and the dog looks well feed and better groomed than the guy himself. Thumbs up crazy homeless guy!
