I always find my old con sketches disappointing; they can always have been done better. But they were sketched under less than ideal conditions, to say the least -- distracted, sleepy, short of time. In a way, I regard the sketching I did at cons as a crash course in thining on the spot and executing an idea as efficiently as possible... and a crash course I got paid to take, also.
