Well since I haven't made you critters drool in awhile since m'last steak submission, thought I'd give yer tastebuds boners with this nice lil' variation of preparin' a steak that I like ta enjoy... as well as also sharin' a recipe fer boiled zucchini/squash that is also one'a m'favs ta fix :)

firstly the zucchini/squash recipe:

1.) firstly I usually try gettin' an even number of both zuccini an yellow squash but ya know how iffy in sizes they can be so jus' try ta balance it out as best ya can... this one took 4 zuccini an 6 squash cause the gourds were half narrowed.

2.) one whole yellow onion (but ya may prefer any kind'a onion... use ta preferences) sliced inta medium sections.

3.) seasonings:
1/2 stick of butter
dashes of Nature's seasonings

directions:
in medium pot melt butter an seasonings then add sliced up onion, squash an zuccini then cover, strrin' occassionally until softened, remove from burner an let sit.

recipe for sautee'd mushroom steak:

1.) in medium skillet use a dollop pf vegetable oil, splashes of Moore's marinade,
worchestershire sauce, a couple dashes of basil, 2 generous pinchings of diced white onion and 1 small can of mushrooms. let simmer, stirring occassionally.

2.) take steak and give light dashes of Lawry's seasoning salt rub and massage into steak evenly on both sides then add steak to the simmered mushrooms & onions and cook to preference.

side garnish with slices of tomato (optional) and drizzle mushroom an onion gravy over steak then sprinkle with parsley flakes an serve. :)

And while few werewolves/other preds will have a hard time turnin' down any steak anyways, this is a nice variation that'll surelly have yer wuff/pred beggin' fer it b'fore ya've even set it on the table... so hope ya enjoy :)
