Well... This artwork took more time than expected but I think that the final result was worth it. Since about one and half year ago I have been more interesting in races. I reminded then this nice episode of MLP with the karts race, the crusaders and their cute song, then, with the help of a good friend ,I had the idea of making this drawing. I think it is simple but kinda original, cute and nice at the same time. Drawing three characters in the same artwork always demands a lot of work, especially this time where you had to check the proportions and other relevant things like the kart, the driver's position, etc. etc. Without a doubt one of the projects with more layers that I have made in Krita until now.
Apple Bloom: "So, scoot, how are those tires?"
Scootaloo: "Uh... Good, but we may still require a "change."
Apple Bloom:: "Understood. So, box, box."
And that's how the things happened. Oh dear, those long races always have those troubles... Is the CMC Racing Team going to win anyway?

I like this concept, Sweetie. The conversation between Apple Bloom and Scootaloo really adds to what can be imagined to be going on in this illustrated scene.

Looking back at the episode, I would like to think that Rainbow Dash, Rarity, and Apple Jack would be more caring about the CMC instead of trying to relive their childhoods by taking away a fun experience from Scoots, Sweetie, and AB.
