New York, 2012. Balto, Aleu, Kate and Humphrey arrived just as the six original Avengers where facing Loki’s Chitauri Invasion. Shortly after, they reunited with Ant Man, Professor Hulk, Iron Man and Captain America. Balto and Aleu decided to join Hulk in getting the Time Stone from the Ancient One, while Kate and Humphrey would join Iron Man, Cap and Ant Man in going for the Space and Mind Stones. But there was one problem. They needed a mean of transport. After all, they couldn’t fly, nor jump very far. So Kate had an idea. She used her wolf instincts to perceive a Chitauri ship coming right at them! Then she used an Alpha jump and stroke down the Chitauri pilot.
“Hey, you still got it.” Humphrey said.
“Thank you, Humphrey.” Kate said, smiling.
Kate and Humphrey boarded the ship. However, there was only space for two pilots.
“No problem, now it’s my turn.” Aleu said.
She spotted another Chitauri ship charging at her. She jumped and knocked the Chitauri out of the cabin.
“Need a ride, dad?” Aleu said.
“She’s good!” Humphrey said.
Balto boarded the ship along with his daughter, and both took off to the skies, heading to the Sanctum Sanctorum, while Hulk followed them closely with his great leaps. Kate and Humphrey followed Cap, Iron Man and Ant Man to the Avengers Tower, where the 2012 Avengers had defeated and arrested Loki, taking his scepter and the Tesseract. Shortly after, supposed agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. entered the room and asked permission to take Loki’s scepter. They were actually agents of Hydra, a terrorist organization and frequent enemies of Captain America and the Avengers. Cap, Kate and Humphrey followed them to an elevator. When it began to descend, everyone was quiet. Humphrey decided to tell them:
“Hey, guys, wanna hear a joke? Two agents hit a clown in the face, and one of them says: Now that was a slap joke!”
Though that was an awkward moment to tell a joke, Kate giggled a little. However, the Hydra agents couldn’t understand them, so all they heard was growls.
“What’s up with those dogs, Captain?” Brock Rumlow asked.
“Nothing. They’re just partners of mine.” Cap answered.
Captain America managed to talk the undercover Hydra agents into giving him Loki’s scepter, all ending in him whispering into one of them’s ear:
“Hail Hydra.”
Cap, Kate and Humphrey silently left the elevator and the Hydra agents behind. Then, both wolves parted ways with him to see how Iron Man and Ant Man were doing. They were in front of 2012 Iron Man and Thor, who had Loki prisoner. Suddenly, they began to argue with Alexander Pierce and other undercover Hydra agents, who were trying to get their hands on the Tesseract. Ant Man managed to distract them by giving 2012 Iron Man a cardiac dysrhythmia, and that gave the present Iron Man, disguised as a policeman, enough time to snatch the Tesseract. 2012 Thor saved 2012 Iron Man with a lightning strike from his hammer. However, as the present Iron Man was preparing to leave with the Tesseract, he was knocked aside by a furious 2012 Hulk, who burst out from a door and was frustrated due to not fitting in the elevator, and instead using the very long stairs. Iron Man dropped the Tesseract, and Loki, taking advantage of everybody’s carelessness, grabbed it and warped away. Kate and Humphrey gulped. While everyone was searching for Loki, Cap had an epic showdown with himself from 2012, who thought that he was Loki in disguise. In the end, the present Cap won the fight, and retrieved Loki’s scepter.
Iron Man, Captain America, Ant Man, Kate and Humphrey reunited with Balto, Aleu and Professor Hulk.
“The Ancient One gave us the Time Stone!” Aleu said.
“That woman sure was creepy!” Balto said. “She legit pushed Doctor Banner’s soul out of Hulk’s body!”
“However, he promised her to return the Time Stone to its original position in time, not to create several timelines that could disrupt reality! I guess we must do the same with the other Infinity Stones.” Aleu said.
“Then, she returned Dr. Banner’s soul to his body.” Balto said.
“Good job.” Humphrey said. “Now, let’s return to the Avengers Headquarters.”
“Wait!” Kate said. “We lost the Space Stone!”
“Oh, great. Now, what are we going to do?” Balto said.
Then, the four of them turned to look at Iron Man and Cap talking to each other.
“What are they talking about?” Humphrey asked.
“Looks like they have a backup plan to retrieve the Space Stone.” Aleu said.
“Well, Humphrey. I think they got this covered.” Kate said. “Let’s leave it to them and get out of here.”
The four wolves, Hulk and Ant Man returned to the Avengers Headquarters with the Time Stone while Cap and Tony went to another point time in order to retrieve the Space Stone once again and get more Pym particles, which was what they used to travel in time.
