In a Dungeons and Dragons homebrew campaign called Titan's Shadow (DM'd by my friend
renarddefleureax ), which is also a sequel to one of the first campaigns he ran (The New Titans), I play as a character named Lantius Aquilarios. He is a scout in the Rose Company and the lost scion of a noble house that was ruthlessly destroyed many years ago. He recently joined the adventuring party, becoming a stealthy explorer among his companions as well as revealing his skills as a highly effective archer. As the last survivor and heir apparent to the House of Aquilarios, his upcoming destiny is quite fuzzy. Will he become an esteemed leader who defends the meek, or will the enemies of his House finally come to destroy him?
Lantius has been a very fun character to play and, being a Neutral Good PC, has been the most straightforward I've played. He is a descendent of two of the PC's of the first campaign; the sequel campaign takes place 500 years later. Lantius' race is "drafferon," which is basically a dragon/griffon hybrid. In addition to stereotypical griffon features, they tend to have draconic horns, sharp teeth in their beaks, frontal reptilian hide, and draconic clawed feet.
Oh, and silver-stag is also a player in the game. He has a real cool character, too. :)
