Another in my Cheshire Cat series, Kappa. All of my Cheshires are named after trickster spirits because of what the cats represent in the Alice stories as well as the connections to other cultures. It's a long and involved rant, which I would happily tell to anyone who asks. Anyway, here is a hand puppet, whose only special mechanism is in his eyes. There is an internal lever which can be pulled up or down to make him blink. Arms, legs and tail have internal wiring, so they are posable, but otherwise he flops around like a traditional puppet does. He is the most cartoony of all the cats in the series.
