Farneal here is yet another security guard, he has known Nelson and sometimes both share the same place to guard. Despite being part orca he is able to walk and run fast on land and his goat part allows him to jump very high and reach apparently innacesible place. His orca part is msotly for swimming fast and some echolocation abilities, in which he can find even the slightest movement caused by the wavelengths.

Much like he is mentioned in his reference he has somewhat a bit of short temper especially with those who try to make a fool of him. Usually they end up as tiny morsel for his somewhat big belly. :)
