They look at me and they see an object of ridicule. A mongrel, a stain upon their perfect kingdom of ice and snow.
But I am still one of them. Winter flows through my veins and frost is carried upon my breath.
Yet I am more. They see me as weak, but they do not understand. My body is the crashing wave, and my will is the inexorable tide.
My teeth are as icicles, poised to fall upon their throats.
With the ocean's depths in my soul and the frostbitten mountain peaks in my heart, I am IceWing.
...my monologue sounded cooler in my head, okay?
