These "reasons" to not get rid of potential problems is starting to end up sounding like excuses. They all know how vindicate and bitter Jinjur is and will be more with this ongoing humiliation and the Black Watch deserves as much shared punishment along with the disgraced ex-general than just simple hurt pride.
Unfortunately, Violante, Jinjur DID gamble with Black Watch and she lost. Therefore, if Kathy did decide to accept her winnings, there's really very little you could do except complain. Fortunately, the obvious question (Does Kathy want Black Watch?) has been answered and in your favor.
....What more can she do to him? He's already died 3 times, and two of those were because she hadn't left the room before they revived him.
