This is Part 2 of my trade with  Fenris0604. Since I did a picture of Harley, I figured why not do his female side, Hertha. He agreed on it, I drew it and it's not as long as Harley, but it's still fun to draw her. So, Hertha pretty much shares the same personality as Harley, since he is Harley's female alter-ego. I may also do a combination of Harley and Hertha together sometime in the future, but I'll just have to see what I can do. Thanks for letting me do Hertha for you, hope you enjoy! ;)
