All wolves returned to the Avengers Headquarters. They had successfully gathered all of the Infinity Stones. Even Iron Man and Captain America had travelled to New Jersey in 1970 in order to retrieve the Space Stone once again, which at the same time gave them more Pym particles to return home. However, when both White Fangs showed up, extreme sadness was clearly seen in their faces.
“White Fang, where’s Nava?” Aleu asked.
After the younger White Fang explained what happened, the wolves mourned over the passing of their old friend. However, Grey didn’t lose hope.
“Hey, don’t worry.” He said. “As long as we have the Infinity Stones, we can bring him back. We can bring back everyone!”
“This sacrifice cannot be undone.” Young White Fang said. “That’s what that ghostly red guy said. Why did Nava have to do this? It could have been any of us, but why him?”
Wiping a tear, Aleu said:
“He won’t come back, but we must make Nava’s sacrifice worth it. Come on, let’s use the Stones to revive our loved ones!”
Each one of the Infinity Stones was carefully placed on a new gauntlet, made out of nanotechnology by Tony Stark. All that was left to decide, was who was going to snap this time. They had to be careful, because as they remembered, the Stones almost killed Thanos. Thor offered himself as voluntary, but even though he was a powerful god, he just wasn’t in conditions to do it. Then, Humphrey offered himself as voluntary.
“Something tells me I will survive the snap. All I know is nothing will stop me from bringing our pups back. Ain’t that right, Kate?”
Nervous, Kate gulped, but then said:
“Yes, Humphrey.”
“Okay, here I go.” Humphrey said.
Everyone shielded themselves, preparing for when Humphrey snapped. The whole building was also shielded so nobody else could get hurt. Meanwhile, the undercover Nebula from 2014 activated the Quantum Tunnel that allowed the Avengers to time travel, and that allowed Thanos to enter with his ship to the present. Back at where the heroes were, Humphrey put on the gauntlet, screamed in agony, raised his paw and… SNAP! As he was a cartoony wolf, all the gauntlet did to him was burn his arm, and he comically began to jump around while yelping and blowing at his paw repeatedly.
“Humphrey, are you ok?” Kate asked, worried.
Suddenly, Aniu appeared, touched Humphrey’s paw and, letting out a mystic aura, healed it. The, she said:
“Well done, young wolves. Look through the window.”
After saying this, she vanished.
Ant Man approached the window and looked outside. Meanwhile, Clint’s cellphone began ringing. When he answered it, he heard his wife’s voice again, after a long time! Outside, the sun was shining, the birds were flying around and chirping, and the trees were green.
“Guys… I think it worked.” Ant Man said, smiling.
Suddenly, the Avengers Headquarters came under massive bombing! Thanos’s ship began to fire at it from the sky! The building was now just a lot of burning debris. However, wolves and Avengers survived the attack. Thanos descended from his ship, and reunited with the 2014 Nebula, who went to search for the gauntlet, while Thanos sat down, waiting for the heroes to show up. On his way to the present, Thanos had recruited an interdimensional right hand, the Fairy Godmother!
“Wolves don’t live happily ever after.” She said.
Thanos told her to wait until the time was right, so she disappeared, for that moment. Meanwhile, the wolves, as well as Iron Man, Cap and Thor came out of the debris, and saw Thanos waiting for them. As a lightning storm began to brew in the sky, Thor summoned both the Mjolnir from 2013 and his Stormbreaker. Then, he said:
“Let’s kill him properly this time.”
The Big Three slowly approached Thanos, followed by Balto, Aleu, Kate, Humphrey, Robyn and Mebh.
“You couldn’t live with your own failure.” Thanos said. “Where did that bring you? Back to me. I thought by eliminating half of life, the other half would thrive, but you've shown me... that's impossible. As long as there are those that remember what was, there will always be those that are unable to accept what can be. They will resist.”
Thanos explained to the heroes his new plan of shredding the universe down to its last atom, and then use the Infinity Stones to create a new universe that would not know what it had lost, but only what it had given.
“A grateful universe.”
“Born out of blood.” Captain America said.
“They’ll never know it. Because you won’t be alive to tell them.”
Thor roared, the wolves howled, and they all charged against Thanos. The Battle for Earth began. The Big Three and the six wolves tried their best to take the Mad Titan down.
Inside the ruins of the Avengers Headquarters, the rest of the Avengers were trying to escape from the crumbling walls and the flood, while Clint was running away from some Outriders with the gauntlet. He managed to take them out, and then, Nebula showed up. Trusting her, Clint handed her the gauntlet. But when Nebula spoke trough her transmitter to Thanos, he realized she was evil! Just then, the good Nebula appeared. She had also persuaded Gamora from 2014 to change her ways. Since the 2014 Nebula didn’t want to reform, the present Nebula had no other option than shooting her down, much to Gamora’s horror. Clint retrieved the gauntlet.
Outside, the battle between the heroes and Thanos raged. A laser cannon emerged from the back of Tony’s armor. Thor summoned lightning from both Mjolnir and Stormbreaker and used them to charge the cannon. It fired a powerful blast at Thanos. But the Mad Titan blocked the laser with his spinning sword. The wolves pounced on Thanos, biting his shoulders, but he easily threw them aside. As Thor jumped toward him, Thanos blocked his attack, grabbed him, threw him aside and began to mercilessly pummel him. In an attempt to save himself, Thor summoned the Stormbreaker. However, Thanos grabbed it before him and began to slowly plunge it through Thor’s chest. Suddenly, a miracle happened. Mjolnir started to float on his own and, striking Thanos, flew back to its actual summoner… CAPTAIN AMERICA! He was worthy of lifting Mjolnir! All wolves looked at him, amazed.
“I knew it!” Thor said, proudly, only to be kicked in the face by Thanos.
Spinning the Mjolnir, Captain America ran toward Thanos and landed a powerful blow on him, sending him flying. Then, he hurled his shield into the air and threw Mjolnir at it, creating a sonic boom that stunned the Mad Titan. Cap dashed at him and landed a flurry of quick blows on his face, alternating between his fists, Mjolnir and his shield. Then he launched a thunder wave from Mjolnir that knocked him down. While Thanos was on the ground, Cap summoned with Mjolnir a powerful lightning upon Thanos. But just as Cap jumped toward Thanos’s head, ready to strike him down, he dodged the attack, got up, grabbed Cap, and slammed him against the ground. Then, using his sword, Thanos furiously began to slash at Cap, breaking his shield apart, wounding his leg and arm, and knocking him away. After this, the Mad Titan proceeded to say:
“In all my years of conquest, violence, slaughter, it was never personal. But I’ll tell you now, what I’m about to do to your stubborn, annoying little planet… I’m gonna enjoy it. Very, very much.”
Suddenly, the Fairy Godmother appeared, and after a short snarl, she shouted:
“I told you… wolves… don’t live… happily… ever… AFTER!”
Using her magic wand, she summoned Thanos’s multiversal army. The Black Order, Chitauri, Outriders, Sakaarans, Battle Droids, Stormtroopers, Geonosians, the Indominus Rex, the Indoraptor, zombies, Cy-Bugs, the Army of Scar, the Outsiders, mayor villains like Dr. Doom, Classic Baron Zemo, Abomination, M.O.D.O.K., the Absorbing Man, Apocalypse, Yokai, Shredder, Count Dooku, General Grievous, Zam Wessell, Jango Fett, The Joker (formerly Jack Napier), Harley Quinn, Black Mask, The Penguin, Catwoman, The Riddler, Two Face, Man Bat, the Ventriloquist and Scarface, the Mad Hatter, the Scarecrow, Ra’s Al Ghul, Bowser, Dr. Eggman, King K.Rool and the Kremling Krew, Ridley, Mother Brain, Hades, King Dedede, Andross, Mewtwo, Zant, Ganondorf, Cy-Bug King Candy, Bela and his Bat Cronies, Tirek, Cozy Glow, Grogar, Queen Chrysalis, Lord Protector and his soldiers from another timeline, a grizzly bear, a sabretooth tiger, Hal the Miner, two versions of Beauty Smith and even evil wolves from Thanos’s timeline, such as Fenrir, Niju and his followers, Lip Lip and his dog fellows, King’s pure alpha pack, Ragear and his follower wolves, the Commander (an enemy of Freddy), Giro’s pack, and One-Eyed’s pack. Feifei was shook when she saw her former leader!
Even though there were countless enemies, surrender was never an option for Captain America. He stood up, adjusted his shield and slowly walked toward Thanos’s multiversal army, willing to fight them all by himself. All of a sudden, he heard a familiar voice through his transmitter:
“Hey, Cap, do you read me? Cap, it’s Sam. Do you hear me?”
Captain America couldn’t believe what he heard. Next to him, a portal began to open.
“On your left.” Sam said.
Out of the portal came T’Challa, aka Black Panther, followed by Shuri and Okoye. Cap slowly began to smile. Also from the portal, Sam, aka Falcon, came out soaring through the sky. Then, thousands of portals opened. Out of one of them came Doctor Strange, the Guardians of the Galaxy and Spiderman, much to Captain America’s relief. An entire army of Wakandans and Jabari came out from the portal Black Panther did, and all of them repeatedly cried:
“YIBAMBE!”
More portals opened, and the revived loved ones of the wolves appeared, such as Winston, Eve, Claudette, Stinky, Runt and the rest of their pack, Bill Goodfellowe, Moll, Jenna, Boris, Muk and Luk, Briar, Bramble, Logger Vick and their caveman friends, Mei, Flasheart Lupin (Freddy’s father) and their Werewolf Pack, Batty and her stray dog friends, Kiche, Bianca and the rest of the sheep and wolves. Between the wolves that joined the battle were the wolf pack that once teamed up with storks, Buck the Dog and his wolf pack, Wolf Spiders, Loth Wolves, Kiba, Tsume, Hige, Toboe and the three Lycanroc forms, Midday, Midnight and Dusk! Even other wolves from all around the world joined in!
But not just wolves were about to fight. Out of the rest of the portals, came out heroes like Collie, Sheriff Wheedon Scott, the Fantastic Four, Silver Surfer, the X-Men, Deadpool, other two versions of Hulk, The Big Hero 6, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Mace Windu, the Jedi Council and the Clone Army, Captain Tarpals and the Gungan army, the Mandalorian and Grogu, the Bespin Guard, Wreck-It Ralph, Fix-It Felix, Vanellope Von Schweetz, Sergeant Calhoun and her marines from Hero’s Duty, The Lion Guard, the Pridelanders, the Hyena Resistance, the Night Pride, the Dragon Rescue Riders, Toothless and the Light Fury, Batman, Robin, Batgirl, Commissioner Gordon, the Teen Titans, Mario, Luigi, Sonic, the Kong Family, an entire Yoshi army, Samus in her spaceship, Pit in the Great Sacred Treasure, Kirby in his starship, the Star Fox Team in their Arwings, the Great Fox, lots of Pokemon, F-Zero racers, Fire Emblem Knights, Wolf Link and Midna, Princess Zelda, many other Nintendo characters, the monsters from Hotel Transylvania, the Mane 6, the Pillars of Equestria, the Young 6, the Equestrians and Mickey Mouse!
Other revived heroes came out from the portals, like Bucky, Scarlet Witch, Wong and the Wasp. Finally, Pepper Potts landed in front of Iron Man, in her new Rescue armor.
“Is that everyone?” Doctor Strange asked.
“What, you wanted more?” Wong asked him.
Ant Man, now turned into Giant Man, emerged from the ruins, rescuing the rest of the Avengers, who joined the army. With his hope once again lifted, Captain America stood in front of everyone, much to Thanos’s displeasure. Then, summoning Mjolnir back to him, he proceeded to shout:
“AVENGERS! … assemble.”
The entire army of heroes charged onto battle, and so did Thanos’s army. The greatest clash ever had just started.
