Yes it's a Jojo reference.
Anyway, with the new ref sheet I just got, I wanted to get a really snazzy piece for Vitali. When agonizing over what pose I wanted him in, I realized I had a wellspring of perfectly snazzy poses to choose from- and so I took Kira's pose from Part 4, which is my personal favorite. I added in the background myself, from Part 4's 3rd OP- Breakdown/Great Days
