you can google Sai Paint tool and download it free for 30 day trail, but if you like it and wanna have it I know its under $100 to buy

Resident Evil 4 was amazing. The story is trite but the action, atmosphere, scenery are amazing. I just kinda made up my own backstory behind Resident Evil 4 actually, I loved the game but thought the story was dumb so I just made up my own lol, I do that sometimes with things that should be better then they are.
