Great question! Well, in two parts.
The bowtie on her neck is cloth, the bow in her hand and between Vinyl's toes however is typically wooden or a dense plastic with a horsetail hair brush from one end to the other. Common cello bows are made like this but can also be Nylon or Synthetic instead of horsehair.

This looks great they’re both look amazing. Vinyl Scratch Feet looks so nice. I loved what Octavia is doing to Vinyl Scratch feet and she like what. I loved the colour. What is she doing with Vinyl Scratch anyway is she going to tied her up and tickle her or something I loved to see that. I give this 13 out of 10 top score and in the hot zone.
