This has been in my head for a little while, been feeling downhearted over the last couple of days due to my mental health clinic dismissing me from their records.
I find myself also at a crossroads, an ash-ridden landscape of my own doing.
I feel I need to start working some things out in my life, sure, health, mental illness...that comes with the package.
What about the damage i've done to others, that others have done to me?
I find it hard to trust anyone these days, I dont like talking online because i'm scared shit will backfire due to my anxiety, my paranoid thoughts always seems to come true.
