Political Cartoon ...

The welfar system in Oregon is called the Oregon Trail. One morning, while staying with friends with limited income, and while waiting for my job to start, my buddy told me that he decided to let the benifits lapse. I did not say anything but smiled and went back into my room. I came out 10 minutes latter with this. There is some subtle commentary in this piece but it is kinda hard to explain without going into the history of Oregon.

My notebook had gotten wet and a little moldy and warped. I might try rescaning or cleaning it up, but I am loathed to redo it. Political Cartoons are better when spontanious, and redoing it might ruin that.
